Payment Policy:

Accepted methods:
We offer secure online card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All online payments are processed through our PCI-DSS compliant partner (Payoneer Checkout powered by Stripe) with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card number, CVV, or expiry date on our servers. PayPal, Amazon Pay and cryptocurrency are not supported at this time.

When you’re charged:
All orders are charged immediately at checkout and production begins right after payment confirmation — that’s why custom photo items can’t be cancelled once printed.

Failed payments & verification:
If a card is declined, you’ll see the reason instantly — just retry. For high-value prepaid orders we may call/WhatsApp to verify the design and address within 12 hours. Unverified orders are automatically refunded to avoid delays.

Refunds & charge-backs:
Because every item is made-to-order with your photo/text, we can’t refund once printing has started. If we can’t fulfill due to a payment error or stock issue, you’ll get a 100% refund to the original method within 3–5 business days.
