Shipping Policy:

Made-To-Order, then Shipped
Every item is printed with your photo/text after you order, so we need 1–2 working days for production. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday start printing the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends start the next working day. This is on top of delivery time.

UK delivery options
We ship UK-wide via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Evri (you choose at checkout):

Standard Tracked (Royal Mail 48): 2–3 working days after dispatch, £3.95. Free on orders over £40.
Express Tracked (Royal Mail 24): 1–2 working days after dispatch, £5.95.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: add 1–2 working days. We’ll email if there’s a surcharge (rare).

You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.

When will it Arrive?
Most customers get their order in 3–5 working days total (production + shipping). During peak times (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Black Friday) please allow up to 7 working days. We don’t ship on bank holidays.

Damaged, Lost or Late?
If your tracking hasn’t moved in 5 working days, email us at support@prints2cut.com and we’ll chase it with the courier. If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll reprint free — no need to return the damaged item. We’re not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail/Evri strikes or incorrect addresses entered at checkout, so please double-check your postcode.

International Shipping:
We currently ship to UK addresses only. For EU or worldwide delivery, contact us first for a custom quote — duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
